To send your gift via wire transfer:
Let us know, by contacting Lisa Sabia at (203) 254-4000 ext. 2765 or lsabia@fairfield.edu to inform the University about the details of the transfer. Please provide the amount of the transfer and designation to which the gift will be directed.
If you are 70 ½ years or older, you may make a gift to Fairfield directly from your IRA without paying any income tax on the transfer. You may make a gift up to $100,000 from your IRA and your gift will count toward your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD).
